Recording of a dslr camera using auto focus several times. The camera used was canon eos rebel t5 dslr and was recorded in a lab learning audio booth using blue microphones yeti usb mic. An experimental sound i did. It kinda sound like some space jet or something, i don't know. But yeah, it's experimental. To make the sound, first, i recorded the wind coming from my electric fan, then i edited it in adobe auditions cs6, then audacity for the final touches.

Static with a sort of jackhammer pace at 107. 9 on the fm side of the radio dial. Recorded from a digital tuner, with a quick flip to 87. 5 fm then back to the 107. 9 static. Definitely qualifies as noise.

A wobble or "synth growl" i done did in caustic 3 on the saw synth. Used a pulse wave, flange & phaser, then a couple pitch layers in post. √π ∆ π√.

And old synth that's inhabited many hard drives for a about twenty years and i finally gave it a whirl. Just some random keys played on a midi keyboard. Make what you will of it.

Around 2010, i circuit-bent a motorola cellphone and added a control surface to control the bends. Then i added an atari paddlewheel so its big potentiometer could be used to do pitchbends, and the result is an instrument i called the "sonic electronic ball breaker". It's got knives, quarterstaves, thor's lightning, sharp sticks, nuclear machineshotguns, and even some claws that come out to jab 'em. In this sample i'm going through and playing with the controls to see what i get. These sounds are pretty abrasive, but they work well when run through a bunch of effects.

This sound was inspired by this youtube tutorial: https://www. Youtube. Com/watch?v=ke5vztfcykc on converting formula controller output into audio but instead of pitching the sound up in audio i pitched it up in real time using two instances of gross beat. It sounds like a broken synth to me.
